Polar bear moms are some of the hardest working single moms in the world. They can fast for eight months in order to give birth to and nurse their cubs until the cubs are strong enough to leave their den. Once out of their den, they have a harsh environment and countless obstacles to deal with while trying to raise their cubs to independence. Some downtime on an iceberg is the least they can ask for.
