Shipping and Returns


Fast and Secure Delivery:

All printing and shipping is handled by theprintspace. With fulfilment locations in the UK, Germany and USA, they use a mixture of shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives fast and safely.

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery. 

Delivery Costs:

  • Shipping costs CHF 20 per order, regardless of number of prints or delivery region.
  • Please note that US, UK, EU and EFTA customers will not be charged local import tax duties. All other customers might be charged import tax duties depending on delivery region, and the customer is responsible for the payment of these import tax duties.

Delivery Time:

Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase. Below are the estimated delivery times for each delivery region. Please note all times are on a best endeavour basis, and delays might occur due to shipping constraints or custom duties being payable.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless it is damaged.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
